1. Membership Rules
All members are expected to uphold the club's code of conduct both on and off the pitch. Respect for coaches, teammates, and opponents is mandatory.
2. Payment and Subscriptions
Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
3. Liability Waiver
By participating in CTRL FC training sessions and matches, players assume all risks associated with physical sports. The club is not liable for injuries incurred during standard play.
